Michael did such an outstanding job for me in performing my annual furnace unit maintenace, readying it for the upcoming winter. He was right on time, did a very thorough job in checking & cleaning the garage unit. He was professional, friendly and courteous, explaining everthing to me, leaving me completely confident in my furnace running efficently. He's serviced my furnace & ac units for several years now, I trust his work, as well as Watts company too. My pooches also appreciated his extra attention to them too!! I highly recommend Watts to everyone, they simply are the best around :)

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technician was prompt and professional. They also did maintenance on our in room gas heating stoves at the same visit.

Michael did an incredible job servicing our mini-splits. He is both professional and personable and worked quickly and efficiently. He also made some timely recommendations for two of the units, for which I am grateful. My family and I have trusted Watts for years as we have found them to do honest, good work for a fair price. Highest recommendation and all the stars.
